This is a platform that promotes chastity in Armenian men and women, not only for the sake of Christian rules but for the promotion of marriage and harmony within Armenian networks and circles. Those who refuse to participate are flagged as noncooperative individuals for unchaste principles as violators of human dignity, marriage, and chastity. The goal is to monitor and stop all premarital sexual relations between Armenian men and women, and foremost between men of all other nationalities with Armenian women. This comes from having Armenian women adopt a strict rule of chastity, not only regarding premarital sexual relations, but also with other peoples outside of the Armenian nationality.
